Our company was established in Houston, TX in 1995, and incorporated
in 1999. Over the past decade, we have gained the reputation
for being subject matter experts in Java technologies in addition
to being excellent trainers and consultants. This is due to our unique
background and philosophy. At CyberFicient Technologies, each
of our trainers/developers has between one and three decades in the
industry. In addition, our trainers are real world developers and
system architects on enterprise applications. So, when training
or mentoring others, we can teach and speak from experience, not just
from an academic background. This differentiates our services from
others who are strictly training organizations. In 2000, our organization
expanded its focus. We leveraged our Java and Web application expertise
to provide enterprise Java consulting/staffing services and off-the-shelf
human services solutions for the public sector. |

As would be expected, our consultants are fully certified by Sun
Microsystems, IBM and other industry standards. As an organization,
we have achieved the Advanced IBM Business Partner status, which
denotes our high level of expertise with Sun and IBM technologies.
Our enterprise Java specialty is with IBM's e-business foundation
and tools including WebSphere Application Server and Rational
Application Developer. However, we are not just an IBM shop. We
also are conversant with competitive Web technologies and open-source
products, including Apache, Eclipse, Oracle, BEA, Borland and others.
We offer training, mentoring and consulting services on-site
at our customer's premises; and our training partners offer public
enrollment training at training centers located around the United
States. We provide high caliber, senior-level consultant resources
